Kyriakos Chatzistefanou

Kyriakos started his career in the insurance industry at Alico in 1992 (renamed MetLife in 2011 and merged with NNHellas in 2021). He has an Assistant Accountant degree, a Diploma in Management from Kingston University in 2007 and Chartered Management Institute - CMI in 2008.

He is a Life Member of the Greek Circle of Successful Agents of MetLife. He has been awarded 5 times for first place in contract persistency in Greece, Europe and worldwide, while he has participated and continues to participate in numerous company training conferences until today.

In 2009 he co-edited along with his colleague Mr. D. Kastrinakis their book "19 Protagonists of Private Insurance" published by the "Financial Forum" publications.

In 2009 he was assigned by MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table, The Premier Association of Financial Professionals), to be the Communication Representative of members for Northern Greece until 2013. In 2013 - 2014 he became Country Chair of MDRT Greece. His term was renewed for the years 2016 - 2018. In 2020 he was selected by MDRT as the Zone Chair for members of the European Zone 2020-2022 and in 2022 as Region Chair Europe – Oceania 2022-2023. He is an MDRT Life Member from 2017.

In 2020 he wrote the book "Philotimo" published by the "Financial Forum" publications.

In 2022 he published his Book “Referrals! Is your fingerprint strong enough?” in Greek, English and Polish.

His most important professional successes were winning the "G. Skaligou" morality award in 2007, as well as being included in the Gallery of Stars of MetLife, which was considered to be one of the pinnacles of distinction in the career of an insurance consultant in the ranks of the company.

He has been distinguished for many years for his performance in the insurance industry by participating as a speaker at conferences in Greece and abroad. Since 2018, he has been a speaker at MDRT's annual conferences in the USA.

Kyriakos is married to Poulcheria who is a Kindergarten teacher, and they have two children, Fotini and Panagiotis.
